I contacted Riker Home Services in February when we had an ice storm. I came home and my roof was leaking in a few spots due to ice damns that had developed during the storm. Riker Home Services came out that same day and found the leaks. They took the time to explain what had happened and assured me that they would fix everything, and Riker Home Services delivered on that promise. They repaired our roof and went the extra mile using special materials to ensure that this wouldn't happen again. Our roof is steep and has a lot of peaks and valleys. They took the time to build and repair our roof to help it drain properly. I am VERY happy to report that with all the rain storms we have had so far this spring our roof has held up. We have not had any leaks. They repaired all the drywall damage inside of our home and our home looks better than it did before. I HIGHLY recommend Riker Home Services. Their crews are efficient, on time, and work VERY hard. Their employees are kind and knowledgeable. We had a wonderful experience!

We just bought a new home in Richardson, and within a week of moving in our home was backing up with sewage. Blake came out to our home and explained what he was going to do. So he camerad our pipes and he actually put the view on my TV so we can see what was going on. As gross as that was it was, it was interesting to learn something new. I contacted Riker roofing for a free roof inspection after seeing one of their trucks in town and that it was a veteran owned company. I couldn't be happier with their service. They were quick to come out and address all of my concerns and their customer service was great. They showed me pictures of the damage and informed me of all my options to either repair or replace and what that would look like financially. They also walked me through the whole insurance process. I definitely felt like they take care of their customers and genuinely care about their work. I would recommend them to everyone.
